A sewer worker is turned into a disgusting monster when he becomes trapped in a septic tank.

The Ontario city of Collingwood is mired in a public health crisis, with widespread E.coli and cholera outbreaks claiming sixteen lives to date and prompting their mayor to order a total evacuation of his city's residents. Hapless sewer worker Jack agrees to continue at his job when a stranger offers him $200,000 to stay behind; what follows is a most disgusting ordeal as he endures gross-out shocks and scares before getting trapped in a septic tank, fighting to avoid his seemingly inevitable transformation into a hideous monster.
