A blind young woman begins to see terrifying visions of the supernatural after undergoing an experimental cornea transplant.

Mun, a young woman blind from the age of two, is offered the once-unfathomable chance to see again with the medical breakthrough of experimental cornea transplants. What initially appears to be a wonderful shot at living life with rich, vibrant light and color turns into a terrifying ordeal when Mun is plagued by horrible visions and specters foreshadowing untimely deaths; desperate to determine the cause of her madness, Mun is forced to investigate her cornea donor's ghastly past in a bid to alter her future. Remade for American audiences as The Eye (2008).
