Desperate to help his buddy out of a dire financial situation, a middle-aged man becomes a professional "Don Juan".

Fioravante, a florist and bookseller working on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, desires to help friend and soon-to-be-ex-bookstore owner Murray out of an undesirable financial situation brought about by the impending closure of his business. To that end, Fioravante -- operating on the advice of his pal -- entertains work as a professional "Don Juan", hiring Murray on as his manager as he sets out towards making a killing off of his new profession despite his age and decidedly uncharacteristic looks.
