Japanese horror film tells of a social worker and her frightening experience with a cursed house.

ABSTRACT
Good-natured volunteer social worker Rika Nashida visits the residence of Chiharu, a miserable old woman wasting away in a filthy home. The idealistic young woman's lingering sense of fear as she surveys Chiharu's property ultimately brings her to Toshio, a mysterious boy who alerts her to a terrifying curse stalking the home that she must now work to thwart if she is to avoid becoming its next victim.
