A young boy serving as the latest descendant in a long line of element-bending warriors must put his powers to the test against the evil Lord of the Fire Nation.

ABSTRACT
In a world divided into four kingdoms represented by the 'elements' of Water, Air, Earth, and Fire, a being with supernatural powers known as the Avatar enforces peace between the lands by way of his unique ability to "bend" all four elements. After young Avatar Aang disappears, however, Lord Ozai of the Fire Nation spends a century imprisoning individuals with "bending" abilities in an attempt to reign supreme over the other kingdoms, something that the denizens of Water, Air, and Earth are powerless to stop until the inadvertent freeing of Aang from a block of ice leads to a campaign to harness his "bending" abilities towards a restoration of peace.
