Great movie typical of Koontz, more of a psycological thriller than a horror movie. Interesting plot that goes along with the novel well. Also some interesting facts on strange dissapearances that has happened through out history. Watch out for the golden retriever! Great acting and superb special effects. Would like to see it again, but it is very hard to find at video stores.
