Two bumbling security guards with clashing personalities attempt to undermine a smuggling ring.

ABSTRACT
LAPD officer Hank Rafferty, burned from a botched sting operation that saw his partner get murdered, is kicked out of the police force when a misunderstanding with Earl Montgomery, a hapless man recently expelled from the police academy, is interpreted as a racially-motivated assault by a concerned bystander. Sometime later, the pair end up as partners in the same security guard firm; happening upon a smuggling operation run by the man responsible for Hank's partner's death, the pair strive to bust the ring, evading gangsters and crooked cops as they aspire to restore their reputations.
