Action-comedy flick follows a brash Irish cop as he teams up with a by-the-book American intelligence agent to investigate a drug-smuggling operation.

ABSTRACT
Gerry Boyle, a trash-talking, hard-drinking, all-around stereotypically Irish police officer, attends a briefing held by uptight FBI agent Wendell Everett informing him that the American intelligence agency has sent men out to Ireland to assist in the pursuit of four drug traffickers operating out of the western European republic. Shortly thereafter, Boyle finds himself teamed up with an unlikely partner in Everett, as the two must reconcile their personality-based differences to help undermine an international drug-smuggling ring.
