ABSTRACT
Rooster and Turk, two aging New York City detectives nearing the end of a long and storied career as partners, tackle a case involving a vigilante serial killer obsessed with bringing justice to heinous criminals who'd successfully evaded the long arm of the law. Interpersonal struggles rule the day as our pair try their best to work alongside a younger team of investigators on their way to nabbing their man.
