When a middle-aged man's life is unexpectedly thrown for a curve by a divorce, he seeks to rebound by learning how to pick up women with the assistance of an unlikely new friend.

ABSTRACT
Cal Weaver, a generic middle-aged married man, finds his average life shaken up by his wife's revelation that she has cheated on him with a co-worker and desires a divorce. Distraught and disaffected by this sudden turn of events, Cal starts frequenting an area bar night after night, dumping his troubles on anyone who will lend him an ear until sympathetic young womanizer Jacob Palmer offers to teach him how to pick up women. From there, Palmer acts as a wing man of sorts for Weaver, pulling him along for a whirlwind journey filled with fly-by-night relationships and broken hearts.
