Iron Man 3 (18-Apr-2013)

Director: Shane Black

Writers: Shane Black; Drew Pearce

Keywords: Action/Adventure, Superheroes, Comic Book

Tertiary installment in the Iron Man franchise follows crime-fighting superhero-playboy-industrialist Tony Stark as he faces the daunting prospect of a devastating encounter with a powerful terrorist.

ABSTRACT
Second sequel to Iron Man (2008). Robert Downey, Jr. stars once more as billionaire playboy-cum-superhero Tony Stark in this continuation of the ridiculously successful Iron Man franchise, which finds our beloved hero facing a period of deep introspection marked by panic attack-inducing flashbacks to the circumstances and situations that led him to his current place in life. Along the way, he is tasked with the pacification of a frightening new terrorist enemy known as the Mandarin, a force that looks to hand Stark his most intense struggle to date. Iron Man 3, much like its predecessor, is surprisingly high-quality for a sequel to a movie about a licensed character, and will thrill casual viewers and comic book geeks alike.
