Second entry in Nickelodeon's TV-movie Fred franchise follows the series' protagonist as he attempts to expose his new music teacher as a vampire.

ABSTRACT
First sequel to Fred: The Movie (2010). Scares are in the air for YouTube sensation-turned-Nickelodeon character Fred in the second entry in his television-movie franchise as his favorite music teacher goes missing one day, only to be replaced by the ghoulish all-black-wearing "Mr. Devlin". Suspecting that he may be a vampire, our high-pitched hapless hero enlists the help of best friend Bertha to "expose" his teacher's background for the benefit of his school.
