A speed-obsessed garden snail's far-fetched dream of winning the Indianapolis 500 is impacted by an unlikely turn of events.

ABSTRACT
Theo, an ordinary garden snail with a nickname of "Turbo" living in Venice, California, harbors dreams of winning the Indianapolis 500 and becoming the greatest racer in the world. Turbo's dreams, which have made him something of a pariah in his slow-paced community, suddenly begin to seem a whole lot more realistic when a freak accident with a drag racer whilst wandering out on a highway one night fuses his DNA with nitrous oxide, granting him the otherworldly power to traverse long distances at lightning-fast speeds.
