An FBI agent looking to foil a planned terrorist attack on the Miss United States beauty pageant must pose as one of its contestants.

ABSTRACT
Gracie Hart, an incorrigible tomboy and undercover FBI agent, looks towards an uncertain future with her employer as she faces disciplinary action following a critical failure in the course of one of her cases. Passed over in favor of co-worker Eric Matthews to tackle a big mission involving a terrorist called "The Citizen", Gracie manages to divine the upcoming Miss America beauty pageant as his next target, forced to cast aside her masculine inclinations to take part in a showcase of stereotypical femininity if she is to stand a chance at thwarting The Citizen's plans.
