Santa Claus's bumbling youngest son embarks on a top-secret mission with the aid of his father's high-tech infrastructure to prevent Christmas from being a disaster for one particular child.

ABSTRACT
In a world where Santa Claus relies on a high-tech command center to ensure smooth gift delivery every Christmas, the esteemed Claus clan is easing itself into a new generation of leadership. Old and long past his prime, Santa's duties have largely been delegated to his two sons, the micromanaging Steve and hapless Arthur. When a present intended for a child Arthur had personally engaged in correspondence with goes missing the night before Christmas and is shrugged off by the bean-counting Steve, however, Arthur decides to co-opt the family infrastructure to guarantee a satisfactory Christmas for each and every child, embarking on a globetrotting adventure to that end.
