ABSTRACT
Eggs is a precocious young orphan child raised underneath the streets of the city of Cheesebridge by a race of trash-collecting creatures known as Boxtrolls. One day, Cheesebridge's resident exterminator, the villainous Archibald Snatcher, plots to rid the city of the Boxtrolls; eager to save his friends, Eggs heads above ground into a strange light-filled realm dominated by humans, joining forces with rebellious young girl Winnie in a bid to win the day for Boxtrolls everywhere.
