Low-budget detective spoof shot on videotape. Private investigator Sky Ryder and his partner Eppie rescue a young woman from a motorcycle gang; drug dealers covet land that she owns. They encounter characters played exclusively by New York City stand-up comedians. Film has no redeeming qualities. Features a four-minute cameo by Howard Stern as newscaster "Ben Wah", for which he was paid $1000.
