Medieval thriller follows a monk's attempts to investigate supposed supernatural occurrences amidst the darkest days of the Black Death plague.

The scene: Medieval England, ravaged by the Black Death plague's vicious fury. A young monk named Osmond tasked with hunting down a necromancer -- an individual possessed with the ability to bring the dead back to life -- believed to be responsible for shielding his village from the Plague discovers a decidedly different state of affairs, setting the stage for a showdown with a powerful alchemist and his associates.
