Richard Sherman's family is in Maine vacationing for the summer and he becomes infatuated with the curvaceous blonde in the apartment above, whose name we never learn. Much of their time together he spends in clumsy flirting, and considerably more in his imaginative fantasies involving her. This film contains the scene of Marilyn's dress billowing up as she stands on a subway grating.
