While hunting jackrabbit, widower Jed Clampett discovers oil on their Ozark homestead. Now worth $2B, Clampett moves his family to Beverly Hills in search of a suitable wife, but their newfound wealth make them targets of the unscrupulous. Jim Varney is surprisingly good in a non-Ernest role. Cinematic adaptation of The Beverly Hillbillies, though lacking much of the charm of the TV series.
