ABSTRACT
Kassie Larson, a 40-year old unmarried television producer with an interest in rearing a child, chooses to turn to artificial insemination after deciding that she does not want to bother with sex nor a relationship to realize her dreams. When she holds an "insemination party" attended by intended sperm donor Roland and best friend Wally, a drunken incident in her bathroom leads to the former's sperm sample being replaced with that of the latter's, leading to an awkward ordeal a handful of years later when Wally reunites with the since-relocated Kassie for the first time since her successful pregnancy and realizes that son Sebastian is his spitting image.
