Lemora: A Child's Tale of the Supernatural (30-Apr-1973)

Director: Richard Blackburn Writers: Richard Blackburn; Robert Fern Music Composed and Conducted by: Dan Neufeld Producer: Robert Fern Keywords: Horror, Vampire Thirteen-year-old daughter of a gangster receives a letter that her father is on his deathbed and travels to visit him, but the letter was a ruse concocted by a female vampire, Lemora. With definite lesbian undertones, this is gothic horror on a low budget, set in the 1920s South. Purportedly banned by the Catholic Film Board, although there is dispute as to whether that actually occurred. Richard Blackburn's only feature film.
