Camp comedy follows a homeless man as he eliminates a cast of undesirable elements of society with his shotgun.

ABSTRACT
An unnamed homeless man stows away in the box car of a freight train one day, ultimately ending up in Hope Town, a beleaguered city plagued by crime and institutionalized corruption. Disgusted at his new surroundings, ruled by a ruthless crime lord referring to himself as "the Drake", the hobo embarks on a one-man campaign of street justice, dispatching his own violent brand of judgement on those he deems detrimental to society.
