ABSTRACT
In the present day, an unusual epidemic appears and spreads across the globe that affects an individual's sensory perceptions, beginning with a random temper tantrum follows by a loss of smell and ultimate loss of hearing and eyesight. Caught up in the heat of the resulting chaos, a chef and epidemiologist who must continue on with their respective lines of work find themselves falling in love even as the world and all semblance of social order evaporates around them.
