ABSTRACT
Dan Sanders, a real estate developer hoping to put away enough money from his next big project to live a luxurious existence, looks to construct a housing development in Oregon with the help of a foreign property holder. Standing in Dan's way are a group of talking creatures determined to protect their woodland way of life, presenting a bizarre quandary as their attempts to sabotage his undertaking lead his family, friends, and business associates to question his sanity.
