Undercover DEA agent John Hatcher retires to Lincoln Heights after the death of his partner, but the very next day, a shoot-out at a local bar among makes him and his family the mortal enemies of Screwface, Jamaican drug kingpin who dabbles in voodoo on the side. Violent, bone-crunching action but weak characterizations in one of Seagal's better films.
