this film shook me to my soul; fiennes portrayal of heathcliff was right on target. the scene where he breaks into cathy's home to embrace her corpse has to be one of the best - ever. the man has a tremendous talent but i fear he is going the way of marlon brando or richared burton - still, he is the greatest living actor of our time.
