An unpopular high schooler attempts to make a new identity for himself as a "cool kid" when he is expelled and serves time in prison.

Hapless high schooler Dizzy, fed up with being the target of campus bullies, ends up in prison when a bid to get expelled goes horribly awry. Taught the ways of "coolness" by inmate Luther, Dizzy starts a new life at a new high school as super-cool "Gil Harris", only to run into trouble once more when elements of his past resurface and threaten to blow his cover.
