South Korean drama follows the upbringing of a young boy studying to become a Buddhist monk.

A young boy thrives under the tutelage of a Buddhist monk in a floating temple nestled in the South Korean wilderness, learning morals and virtues within the frame of the teachings of the Buddha. Over time (represented by the changing of the seasons), our boy comes into his own as a man, returning to the temple to craft a circular narrative when his negative experiences in the modern world leave him desiring further spiritual enlightenment.
