ABSTRACT
Pauline, an eighteen-year old American high school student, harbors dreams of pursuing a successful career as a surgeon in spite of her readily evident mental illness and eccentricities. Possessed by gruesome dreams entailing murder and comical amounts of blood that only serve to arouse her, Pauline ultimately makes the decision to act on her twisted desires in her real life, embarking on a violent and blood-drenched quest to win approval from her controlling mother.
