REVIEWS

Review by anonymous (posted on 20-Jul-2005)

I have seen "House of D" 3 times in the theatre. I enjoyed this film very much. Based in 1973 (I was 16) when music was great, the movie had a lot of drama, comedy, sadness, and happiness. I especially liked the dance scene; it was very close to what I remember, with the exception that most of the boys who went to dances at my school would usually group together and talk sports, cars, music, etc. The only boy/girl dancers were established couples. Mostly the girls danced together in groups. But I digress. I recommend this movie very highly. It is well made and has wonderful actors (Anton Yelchin is a treasure). Highly recommend getting it on DVD when released. Very much worth it!
