I saw this movie for the first time a few days ago. I would say unequivocably that this movie is the best movie I have ever seen. I had never heard of Vivien Thomas, and it is truly remarkable what this man did without any medical school training. The cast of this biographical movie were fantastic. Alan Rickman was, as always, excellent, as Dr. Blalock, and Mos Dev was superb. The people that they portrayed were also very noteworthy.
