A Charlie Brown Christmas (9-Dec-1965)

Director: Bill Melendez

Writer: Charles Schulz

Music: Vince Guaraldi

Producer: Bill Melendez

Keywords: Juvenile/Comedy, Peanuts, Christmas, Comic Strip

Charlie Brown is unable to get into the spirit of Christmas, perhaps as a result of the commercialization surrounding the holiday. The first animated Peanuts special (and certainly the best), it won the Primetime Emmy for Outstanding Children's Program. Voices of the children are performed by non-actor children.
