ABSTRACT
Veteran comic Rowan Atkinson stars in this thinly-veiled James Bond spoof as Johnny English, a dimwitted yet ever-confident British intelligence agent who becomes their only agent, "Agent One", after every other agent is killed in a terrorist attack on the funeral for the former Agent One. Johnny English follows our titular hero as he works to foil a plot by French businessman and William the Conqueror descendant Pascal Edward Sauvage to usurp the British throne for himself, battling a cast of ridiculous obstacles and his own ineptitude on his way to saving the day.
