Originally the founder and lead singer for Pink Floyd, Syd Barrett was kicked out due to his increasingly unpredictable behavior on and off stage. However, this disintegration notwithstanding, his later solo work features backing instrumentation and production by David Gilmour,Rick Wright and Roger Waters.
