Executive summary: Hal from North Bergen Military service: USMC White supremacist Hal Turner hosts an internet radio show, which got him arrested in June 2009 for allegedly inciting violence by telling listeners to "take up arms" against elected officials. Less than two weeks later he was arrested again, for alleged death threats against three judges. Turner was the state's coordinator for Pat Buchanan's 1992 presidential campaign, and a frequent and welcome caller to Sean Hannity's radio show until about 2007, when Hannity stopped taking his calls.
In preparing his legal defense, Turner's attorney has said that Turner worked as a paid informant for the FBI for about five years beginning in 2002.
