TELEVISION CHANNEL

Joint venture between Microsoft and NBC, established 1996. The partnership was severed on 16 July 2012, but the "MS" continues to be used as part of the channel's name. Programming is center-left news during the day and evening, prison and crime documentaries as cheap filler for the remaining time.
