London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art

Bankrupt, the London Academy of Music entered receivership in 1935. Wilfrid Foulis purchased the institution for £500, and in 1938 changed the name to London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, switching primary focus to the teaching of acting. Foulis operated the academy until 1952.
