Amiable little person Harry Musk's presence seems to frighten off his sister's marriage prospects; his father sends him off to a traveling circus. Escaping, Harry finds work shining shoes but soon falls in with petty criminals, a situation difficult to extricate himself from. Most of all, he just wishes he weren't so unlucky in love. Unusual independently-produced B-movie.
