ABSTRACT
Two teams of government assassins commence a fight to the death with each other after their director is found killed in a peculiar manner. Meanwhile, all are trapped as self-destruct timer counts down in their complex deep underground Washington, and a dragon lady waits above. Rather violent with some funny moments and inventive killings, but the stellar cast largely misses its mark.
