Two men engage in a personal war against each other following a New York City car accident.

ABSTRACT
Well-to-do lawyer Gavin Banek, running late for a big appointment, gets into a fender-bender accident with troubled father and recovering alcoholic Doyle Gibson on New York City's FDR Drive. The accident forces Doyle to miss an important custody hearing, resulting in a judge handing his child over to his ex-wife; thus begins a conflict between two men of different standing in the world, escalating into an all-out war when they use every tool at their disposal to destroy one another.
