Director: Lynn Hershman-Leeson Writer: Lynn Hershman-Leeson Keywords: Documentary, Drama, Unjustly Accused Steve Kurtz, an artist and anti-genetically-modified food activist is maliciously investigated for "terrorism" by the FBI, and when a grand jury rightly refuses to indict, he is charged with mail fraud, for receiving harmless bacteria without having filed all the paperwork correctly. The "fraud" alleged is that another individual, Robert Ferrell, head of the genetics department at the University of Pittsburgh School of Public Health, ordered the material and gave it to Kurtz.
