Two fathers forced to become stay-at-home dads thanks to layoffs decide to open their own day care center.

ABSTRACT
Well-off fathers and product development executives Charlie and Phil are laid off from their cushy jobs, forcing them to pull their kids out of the privileged Chapman Academy and become stay-at-home dads. Desperate to find new employment, the enterprising duo start their own childcare firm called "Daddy Day Care", going to war with the Chapman Academy's take-no-prisoners approach to business while struggling to adapt to their new career.
