ABSTRACT
Successful young realtor Leigh is tasked with selling a spooky home that had played host to a mysterious suicide years earlier. An investigation into the house's undesirable past alongside artist sister Vera brings the pair into contact with Charlene, a woman claiming to be the estranged daughter of the property owners; when Leigh dies after learning that Charlene's real name is Hannah White, dead following a suicide attempt in 1987, Vera is left to become entangled in a hellish scenario harkening back to a deal with the Devil gone horribly awry.
