My sister and I first watched a very 'snowy' VHF taped-from-TV version of this movie. Dad taped it on a whim. I love this movie! It has some of the best one-liners for any girl who has ever believed (or wanted to believe) in love like in a fairy tale. I must admit to being hopelessly hooked on chick flicks though. Some of my other favorite movies are: French Kiss, You've Got Mail, and Sleepless in Seattle, with Meg Ryan; Return to Me, with Mini Driver; While You Were Sleeping, with Sandra Bullock ...and a others of that ilke. So if you don't like those, you won't like the Counterfeit Contessa. Good luck finding the movie though, I'm still trying to buy a proper copy!
