A film crew ventures to a remote tropic island in search of a legendary ape creature, intending a "Beauty and the Beast" picture. On arrival, natives kidnap their lead actress, played by Fay Wray, and offer this "golden woman" to Kong as a ritual sacrifice, which he eagerly accepts. After the rescue of Wray and the capture of Kong, the beast is brought in chains to New York City. What could go wrong?
