A young middle-class photographer is thrust into a hedonistic world of unchecked privilege upon moving to suburban Long Island for the summer.
Working-class wannabe photographer Fisher Miller spends his summer with insanely wealthy stockbroker uncle Philip at his estate in the pre-Great Recession Hamptons, gaining access to attractive cousin Kate and her inner circle of friends with a killer stash of marijuana. Armed with his beloved camera, Fisher plunges into a heady world of limitless bank accounts fueling parties and a laundry list of other wild exploits, an easy life coming to a sorry end when the invisible hand of the market flattens Lehman Brothers.
