Sweet Charity (1-Apr-1969)

Director: Bob Fosse Writer: Peter Stone Keywords: Musical Dancer and prostitute Charity meets a variety of men most of whom treat her very poorly. More than anything, she would like to settle down with a decent man. Remake of Fellini's Nights of Cabiria (1957), produced on a whopping $20M budget. Great musical numbers; box office flop. Received Oscar nominations for Best Score of a Musical, Best Costume Design, and Best Set Decoration.
