Remake of the 1980 film of the same name follows a terrifying supernatural fog and its effects on a rural fishing community.

ABSTRACT
Remake of The Fog (1980). The tiny Pacific fishing community of Antonio Island plays host to a statue unveiling ceremony commemorating the four founding fathers of the town; the festivities are interrupted by a number of gruesome deaths ascribed to a fog in the island's vicinity. A journal kept by one of Antonio Island's founders is discovered, telling of the island's sordid past and a mysterious fog responsible for the deaths of a number of sailors; now, the ghosts of those sailors are back with a vengeance.
