ABSTRACT
Sequel to Legally Blonde (2001). Law-school grad Elle Woods is fired from her plum job with a top-flight firm when her stand against cosmetics testing on animals interferes with her work. Determined to use her smarts and charm to effect positive political change, Elle ships off to Washington, D.C., enduring the pitfalls of bureaucracy run amok firsthand before ultimately joining up with a disaffected Congresswoman to broadcast her message to the House of Representatives.
